The name Hieper de Pieper immediately explains what we stand for: You say 'Hiep' to wish someone luck, 'Hieper' represents the enthusiasm and energy with which we serve our dishes, and the 'Pieper' is the artisanal basic ingredient of our dishes; together, this makes Hieper de Pieper a celebration, coziness, and enjoyment. With our 7 food trucks, we travel throughout the Netherlands and Belgium to provide the coolest corporate events and festivals with the tastiest fries, burgers, and homemade snacks.

Hieper de Pieper originated 5 years ago from our passion to let people taste that fast food is tastier, purer and healthier with (h)onest fresh, vegetarian and gluten-free products. Our responsible products are all-natural. Better for animals and the environment, healthier and above all, much tastier.

Our customers can enjoy our fresh and unpeeled fries, also available as “Friet Stoverij”: fresh fries, homemade stewed meat, with a fresh mango / onion chutney & bionaise. Furthermore, we serve ridiculously tasty hotdogs and the most delicious burgers. We also have a unique finger food assortment such as our self-developed oyster mushroom croquette, vegetable croquette or meat croquette. For drinks, we serve bitterballen in the meat or oyster variant.

From our food trucks, potato bars & fries (potato) bike, we can offer both the full range as well as serve selected items;
