Hertog Jan is one of Belgium's finest organic restaurants, located near the beautiful city of Bruges. Chef Gert De Mangeleer has been awarded three Michelin stars and the Green Star for his outstanding commitment to organic farming and sustainability. The restaurant's own 2.5 hectare kitchen garden supplies much of the produce for the extraordinary tasting menus.
